Been a while since I've posted a video. Here is just what I have been working on for a while. Just a mish mash of pieces of kit I have around. It will work for games until I get more equipment.

  • You live Texas? Are you close Houston? Also, if you are, what fields do you play at? Sorry for all the questions, man. Nice video. I like your gear, and I'm pretty jealous of that gun. I'm using a G&G M4 with a few modifications right now, but I'd like to get an M16A4 some time in the future. Liked and subscribed.

  • @MostEpicMango I live in San Antonio actually. I generally play at a field called UAT in Lavernia which is close to the SA area, sometimes we go out to Victoria for ops. My team goes to Harwood at Tactical Paintball as well. Thanks for the sub, but I will admit, there will be brony related stuff all over it ^^; I actually don't play much anymore. Only from time to time.

  • @Martzx3193 Sweet. I don't travel to SA much, but I'll keep in mind that there are fields out there. Sorry, for such the long delay on the reply. School started back up and we've had shit tons of work. Also, brohoof /][\?

  • @MostEpicMango Oh hell yes! *brohoof!*

  • @Martzx3193 Sounds good, Subscribed to you!

  • @RiceTac Excellent, weight has always been a quirk of mine. I can't bear feeling bulky, heavy and hot, no matter how "tacticool" it may look. Simplicity and functionality, and a tad bit minimalist is generally how I do things. No need for chem lights, tons of tools and random stuff to fill pouches, for me anyway.

  • @Martzx3193 Yeah, I used to have an SPC, but it was pretty damn heavy, so i then moved on to an EPC, but that was still too heavy, so now I run a CRYE jpc, weight was pretty annoying for me, and it took trial and error through many rigs until I finally got to the jpc lol. But an RRV is pretty much perfect in terms of weight and load carrying.

  • @RiceTac Thanks man, yeah the IBA is a nightmare to wear. I have only seen Flyye gear available from places like ehobbyasia (but nothing is ever in stock...) and ebay. I would love to get my hands on a genuine SPC, but they are also quite rare on ebay and expensive to boot. With the RRV, I was planning on getting the backplate addition to make it more like a normal vest instead of a chest rig.

  • @Martzx3193 ah I see, well if all you can get is pantac go for it. I would get an RRV over a Land Ciras though. Considering how you said you pretty much died in your IBA, the ciras would have the same effects lol. I hate the ciras because it is simply just too heavy. My friend had a Pantac RRV and he loved it, very breathable and a great plate carrier/chest rig year round.

  • @RiceTac That is what I was thinking as well, from pics I have seen, the Pantac is quite a bit darker than Flyye. I actually prefer Flyye, but it is just too difficult to find them at decent deals overseas, let alone in the states. I actually was determined on getting the Land CIRAS a couple months back, because it came with just about every pouch I would need, but it is simply too expensive. In terms of weight, I imagine it is significantly more than a fully loaded RRV. Thanks for the input!
