Here's how I know you people don't know anything. You say that Taiji Chuan is the martial art which regulates the flow of energy in the body, it's not. that is Qigong. "The Quantum physics of the etheric body?!"
1. do you mean ethereal? or are you taking about aether? which as nothing to do with the spirit

According to what Carlos Castaneda wrote, these movements are the most pragmatic aspect of don Juan's teaching.

I see tensegity as the quantum physics of the etheric body, the physical body is trained to follow the inner fire of spirit instead of the other way around. It's a discipline you don't have to believe into, just practice with intent. This is a conceptual, integral & reconnecting energetic flow of organic architecture, just like Tai chi. Something that the modern & western mentality has a hard time to grasp. Remember that practitioners are not the practice.
