So, you havent fully bought into the concept of running with a metronome. You say I like to run with my music! I can understand that and I am here to solve the problem for you. As youre probably realize, songs are performed and recorded at different tempos, and most of those tempos are not 90 or 180 beats per minute. In this video tutorial, I show you how to convert your favorite MP3s to 180 beats per minute.

  • why not just play 180 bpm songs... you can easily double the pace of a 90bpm timbaland song when running.
