Bobby Bitmann (Eugene Levy) ad-libs too much playing Julius Caesar, but it all goes haywire when CCCP1 starts jamming SCTV's transmission and airs its incredible Russian programming.

  • The lapel mics used the same mini-cam technology.

  • This is as hilarious as ever, but was even funnier back in the Cold War days.

  • Genuis, genuis...more sustained, sophisticated humor than any US sketch show, ever.
