Sorry ppl, can't post a video now (any browser crashes when I try to upload it).

To get OCD in this level, forget about building down. Put all the goo balls down instead, and then take one and throw it into the sleeping goo balls. Sometimes this makes sleeping goo balls jump and wake up. I've successfully OCDed this level, but can't post video. The process takes some time, but its possible.

Hint: sleeping goo without any other goo next to it doesn't move.

I think i just found a way to OCD this level. I've found a way, just need to figure out how to use it!

You only need 6 balls to get to the top. But you need to wake the sleeping ones somehow...

I've managed it! Throw a goo to the down, and sleeping goo must ricoshet to the other goo's, throw must be strong enough to bounce sleeping goo, and with correct angle. The whole level takes about 5 minutes...
