House Rep. Hastings: Protection for Pedophiles

The hate crimes bill does not protect pedophiles that isn't even in the bill. And the bill doesn't have have anything to do with freedom of speech.

this is truly and insane speech. One of the most vulgar, vile things every said in the US Congress.

These idiot Alcee Hastings (former Federal Judge impeached for taking bribes) just listed pedophilia, necrophilia and other vile sexual perversions as something people shouldn't have to live in fear about who they are - and thus they should not be except from special protection under this cursed Fed hate crimes bill.

I know you all are probably enjoying ripping on pedophiles it's not a hard thing to justify) and feeling happy there are people you can feel morally superior too.

BUT the hate crimes bill still did not cover paraphilias. It doesnt' protect pedophiles.
And you couldnt' commit violence against pedophiles anyway because there are laws against vigilanteism .
Considering the number of people falsely accused of molesting children, that' s probably for the best.
And yes al criminals still have rights
