@Blahblobify Yes, while being videotaped this officer was VERY courteous. Watch starting at 4:09, you will see the reason for my comment. Granted, this is not proof of anything, as it was not videotaped and we're relying on the word of the young man telling the story, but it sounds like a truthful story to me. Whether or not he DID litter is besides the point, the reported actions of the officer is to what I referred. Take it down a notch, it IS possible to DISCUSS topics without profanity.

the problem as I see it for police officers amd (dont forget their master the attoneys) is malum en se vs. malum prohibitah. malum en se is where there is a real crime. malum prhoibitah is just prohibited by statute and is a total rip off. Malum prohibitah is argued effectively in court with the never talked about 6th amendment right to be informed of the nature and the cause of the accusation. read my website
