I love it! I loved watching the instructors, the people working out, the whole atmosphere of a party, just seemed awesome! Good Job everyone! Keep it Up!! Go Zumba your heart out and be happy!! =D
And the person asking how the instruction around minute 7 can be inspiring? That is exactly what Zumba is about! It is for EVERYONE! It doesn't matter who you are, what you look like, if you love dancing, and are willing to work it, then go for it! I loved her and applaud her efforts! =D
