  • Just bought a pair of Giro Factor's. Coming from the boat anchor Shimano R133, I can't believe how light these are. My foot slid right in and it just feels great.

  • Man, I really love your guys' reviews!!!

  • cant wait to get my hands on a pair of the Red ones

  • Nice review. I'm going to check them out.

  • @xfightcityx In short, yes they are. If you are cycling for fitness, racing, or otherwise and not going out for a quick 5 mile ride around the block the benefits of cycling shoes can not be overstated.

Over long distances every point where your body interacts directly with the bike is extremely important. Shoes, saddles, handlebars.

It is not really an age thing at all, it is about having the proper equipment for your sport.

  • Damn, you're a good salesman Andy. I mean that as a compliment.

    Your videos are always informative.

  • @xfightcityx they might not do a difference on 30mile rides... but try 100+miles and you'll start noticing the difference on good shoes, bibs, helmets.. etc..

  • regardless all your videos are interesting and i enjoy them, keep up the good work

  • are bike shoes realky necessary? we my buddies and i play football we dont put on all the pads and uniform. the bids jerseys and socks and shoes seem kind of unnecessary. im just gettting into biking and im 22yrs old maybe its a generational thing, once i hit 40 i might think looking like lance armstrong every time i ride my bike is cool.

  • the SLX is basically a flashy pair of socks with that weight!
