@kgbelanger1 it was an off-Broadway show in the early 80s, but wasn't on Broadway until 2003 :)

@liquidkraken: it was a Broadway show long before 2003-- Ellen Greene played Audrey on stage. I'm not sure, but I think it was a broadway show BEFORE it was a movie.
The 2003 cast was a revival tour.
