Flyes
Crescent pushups (one way)

Archer pushups

Inspired by Jordan Jovtchevs Ring Strength DVD

The Church of Pain was a bit noisy with the music and a C2 rower in the background.

And yes, i know my arms aren't straight in the flyes. ;-) It's f**king hard and I don't want to brake my elbows.
