College Life : Your sim now in college, new stuff, clothes, and a secret handshake, also cheerleaders.

Weathers : Seasons, New Interaction, New Stuff, New Clothes, and new town "Oldtown City, where you can visit the Charming, Hick, and Burb Family!.

Wildlife : Crazy Things, just like The Sims 2 Trailer.
