Soul Snatcher 3- unfinished fighting scene

I'm having second thoughts about Soul Snatcher 3. I dislike working on it because it's so old and my new project: The Chronicles of Dragon218 blows it away in nearly every possible aspect, which is my main priority right now. I don't want to release a video that has a simular concept to an older video, but just looks less good. That would only leave people dissapointed. For now I will put Soul Snatcher episode 3 aside, and I will see what I do with it after TCOD218. Don't be too dissapointed. The reason I'm putting it aside also proves that upcoming videos are just getting better :)

2nd song: The Used - Take it away (My bad, didn't pay attention)

For this scene I used:
gamemaker 6.1 registered, fraps, and sony vegas 6.0 (back then)

This is the best fight scene I've scene in maple animation. Tyler and Mali have a lot of good going for them, and they have epic moments. But they don't utilize camera angles, shot length, and effects like you can see here. The end of this animation is a bit bleh (I prefer to think of it as a lull in the fighting) but the beginning completely epic. And no custom character sprites, no clever game references. Just awesome. If all fighting animators took a tip here, I would be ecstatic.
