Ingredients

4-6 Cup of water
12-18 Dim Sims
2-4 Dashes of Soy sauce
1 teaspoon of Ginger
2-4 heaped teaspoons of Garlic
150-250 grams of Water Chestnuts
2-3 Tablespoons of Red Miso paste
150-250 grams of Bok Choy
6-10 Snow peas
1-4 Chilies
75-100 grams of Mushrooms
50-100 grams of Bean Sprouts
50-200 grams of Spring onions

  • @raku217 This is how i make miso soup. I didn't say this is a traditional miso soup. I said this is how i make miso soup. It's hard to respect anything you say when you are being rude. :)

  • don't put the miso first, it's flavour is very versatile and will partly disappear fast. use a big spoon. add some miso (I like yellow but red is good too). take some hot water in the spoon

    do NOT drop it in the soup. whisk the miso IN THE SPOON until disolved.

    repezt until appropriate intense flavour. don't boil the miso for more than 2 minutes. on top of that you actually want your soup to taste vegetable-stock ish, then add miso. or your soup will taste watery-evaporated-miso
