Part 1 Gay Pride West Hollywood

At West hollywood Gay Pride Festival. I understand that this video will generate alot of anger and controversy. Keep in mind that I never brought up the subject of Homosexuality nor did I preach against it. I was just trying to use a bit of wisdom and I took a different approach through the Ten commandments. Besides, we are ALL sinners based on the Ten Commandments regardless if you are Gay or not. The people in the crowed are the ones who bring up the subject of homosexuality up, as if they wanted to argue about it. ANYWAYS, why the Gay pride festival? Well, theres alot of lost people there. But then again there are alot of lost people everywhere. I did not go there to preach just because the people are gay, otherwise my messgae would have focused on being gay as sinful (romans 1). I went there because there were supposed to be hundreds of thousands of people. I like to go where ever people Gather in large numbers. malls, parades, fairs, any public event.
Why was I preaching the way I was preaching? The guideline I follow is Law before Grace. I peach death - judgement - sin - repentance - and the Cross and love- then faith and grace. I use the 10 commandments like a mirror to allow the Holy Spirit to bring conviction through the knowledge and reminder of sin. Its remarkable how effective this is. I have seen so many proud people become contrite and humble within minutes of going through a few commandments. And i have seen people become extremely angry when you point out there darling sins.. Besides, I believe it is a biblical use of "the law". Romans 7, Gal 3:24, 1 Tim 1:8, Mark 10, John 4 to name a few. Especially a thurogh study of Mark 10 parable of the rich young ruler ( a proud man) becoming humbled when jesus gave him 5 of 10 commandments to prepare the hard soil of his heart for the seed of the gospel of grace.. Some of you might be saying "we are not under the law! Were under grace" Thats true if your a christian! But the rest of the world is still under the law until they recieve Jesus! THEN they will come under grace! read Gal 3:24 and 1 tim 1:8.. And read spurgeon, edwards and whitfield - all great preachers of old who prepared the heart for grace with "priliminary law work". They need to know there lost before they will ever need a savior. Just saying "all have sinned" is vague. most people dont even know the word sin is an archery term meaning to miss the mark. Many think though they have messed up a little that they will still make the cut into heaven by there "works" And many people will still profess there own "goodnes" Proverbs 20:6 dispite the clear teaching of scripture . watch my summary of explanation for these two videos..
By the Way, Proverbs 7 tels us the seven things God hates. The first thing God hates is "A proud look" Hmm "Gay PRIDE festival" God is not pleased with all that PRIDE!
