It is the first part of components included in an interactive video installation art work proposed and created by Sunny Lim for his study of Art, Technology and Culture @ Sydney Uni in 2009.

The first message of the video is an attempt to create a political movement for everyone to declare and support Human Rights globally, in particular, Freedom of Expression.

The Second message is about the transforming process between hand written and computer written words, and causing a changing of writing habits in legal culture. Our perception of our human body hand is transformed by computer input devices. More importantly, our Keyboard Writing on the computer screen has lost the aura of Hand Writing on paper. It can be argued that our physical signature is essentially a legal proof which is irreplaceable by digital signature or digital code.

Thank you the help from the hand actors: Josepha Damoiseau & Ute WiltheiB, both are postgraduate law students at Sydney Uni in 2009.
