I absolutely loved the novel. It's still my favorite and have read it many, many times:) I'm a bit dissapointed at the movie though...

@tmax45R Terry Moore "CLAIMED" to be Hughes' last wife, but she wasn't and lost the case in court. They lived together, but there was never a marriage. Hughes set up many young starlets in small houses or flats, and went to them when he wanted to. The Hughes estate gave her a small settlement out of court to just her up, but she still continued to make the claim.
