Silent Hunter 3 GWX Mod Movie Short

This is a video I made while practicing with Windows Movie Maker and using FRAPS to capture video from the PC game Silent Hunter 3. In this video I am using a very good SH3 game Mod by the Grey Wolf Modders. Kudos to them.

1st real attempt at making and Loading to YouTube. Forgive any mistake you might find. But have fun and enjoy the film.

Only one thing really wrong with the video... "Looking for survivors" - Okay the moral aspect is good, but were would you put them ? You barely have enough room for your crew in the sub !

@Antenor1990 It happened. Uboat crews were human too. Many help the survivors in a most otherwise certain death by exposure. They remain on deck. Communications were made to any ship via radio or signal flare. Here is but one of many links concerning u boat rescues. Youtube doesn't allow links so do this. Go GOOGLE The Laconia Incident. @John92910 Ummm... this is Silent Hunter 3 with GWX. The purple sky was a bug of the 18k atmosphere mod I had that wasn't properly implemented. Other than that its SH3 with GWX :) Thanks for writing.

Nathan, you first must have a clean version of SH3 installed and properly updates to the lastest patch from the officail SH3 website at Ubi Soft.

After this, to install the simplest form version of GWX you need to download either the mega download or the many partial downloads from the official GWX website. After this you should be able to install the game and run it know problem. I would refer you to the GWX site for more detailed instructions. They can help better possibly getting it wrking

@WarnerVH I'm not saying that U-boat were inhuman (in fact I know that most germans acted 'humain' and that the "nazi german" was very sterotyped during WWII ! ), it's more a question of logistics, even if they put the survivors on the deck it would stop them from be able to submerge in most cases, and having survivors on board would put their crew at risk... As the Laconia Incidant clearly states !

the onyl thing i hate about gwx is taht on the navigation map everything is black ... i wana know which is the enemy which are friendly
