About your concerns... Back in 2004, when my granny got a mobile, 95% of Finns had one. I wonder, if today 95% of drivers carry a coin in their pocket? Also, if you can't speak Finnish, you could just text "open" in English, since that's what the Finns do as well... :) I'm sure the English instructions will be on the door. And Swedish.
