For some reason I can only run fast at night the air doesn't hurt my lungs then that's the only time I can do this

@john51995 @ziad137 The balls of your feet refer to the area in your foot just below your toes. Line your foot with it's toes facing upward while the heel is leveled on the ground. You can see your foot is curved, this is due to the heel (The bottom part of your foot that is on the ground) and the balls of your feet (The other part of your feet sticking out that is right behind your toes). If you have anymore questions I'll send you a link showing it exactly.

This is a bit explained. Thanks. Can some one teach me how to get MORE running time on the wall? i get 2/ 1/2 steps.
@SprynxFusion Use the balls of your feet. It will offer the best possible grip with the wall.

Just use your chakra to grip to it and you can walk up a wall.
