Survival of the Fittest: Meet the Interns!

Every summer, Washington D.C. welcomes thousands of interns from around the country, eager to enrich their professional careers with the D.C. experience. Many arrive in the dark as to how to navigate the city.

The Washington D.C. chapter of the Young and Powerful Group in association with a host of support organizations equips 300 young, minority interns with important tools and skills through a one-day event each summer called "Survival of the Fittest: Making It in D.C."
