Hey there Andre i just bought this mixdeck,,i'm not a dj or anything like that just biought it cuzz i want to have some fun in my free time but i got alittle upset when i try to hook it up in my PC...i use virtual Dj...and it came with it..but I can't really scratch from the mix deck to the computer like I seen in other mixers...so please what do i need to do to be able to fully control the mixdeck from my pc.???

@2009PLP Hey, there should be a setup disc that came with your Mixdeck, you need to go to the settings and tell the software that you are using Mixdeck to control it, and probably even go to the VDJ website and find a mapping file to ensure all your controls a properly mapped. It won't simply work straight of the box, but will work, so maybe ask on the VDJ website for some help from other users as this is your best bet to get it going with your software. email me any Q's - andre@12am.com.au

@andrecato I tried e-mailing you but i think you gave me the wrong e-mail....so here is my msg......I tried everthing i needed to doo but nothing seems to be workinggg it be nice if you could make a quick tutorial...

because i'm about to give upp :( I followed all the stepsss but nothing works :(

@2009PLP Hey mate, my email is correct! Umm, no, I don't have this Mixdeck anymore, so can't do a tutorial, sorry. If you give up, well that is up to you, sorry mate, I will try and help if I can, but I am not a shop, I am not Numark, I am just one person so maybe try emailling Numark and tell them you have tried everything and you are about to return it!!!!

Hey Andre, I really enjoyed your video. I don't have any experience in DJing or a lot of the equipment associated with it. I would like to try mixing and DJing as a hobby. So would you recommend this mixdeck for a first timer like myself?

@dazzme Hey mate, as a first timer if money is no issue, then this could make a good starting point for you, but then again, in today's world, so could an iPhone application! There is no right or wrong answer to your question above, it all depends on the person, what attracts them to gear and what they want out of it. Wow..I think I just found my next Console. Using Hercules RMX right now and it's great, will keep it for it's portability, but I really like the all in one functionality of this deck! Thanks for that, mix at the end was really on point.
