It's from a playalong package called Ultimate Playalong for drums (book 2) by Dave Weckl which comes with 2 cds, full band and minus drums.

If you play drums then it's one of the best produced playalong packages on the market if not then probably difficult to find commercially.

Not really, but you can get the book at most decent music stores (with a good book selection)and really it is worth the money for the drum charts and Dave's own ideas on approaching the songs.
