Its a poor strategy . I am a Realtor and why wouldn't a seller just bypass the Realtor and the brokerage not pay a commission and just hire a auctioneer to sell the house??? Is that what we charge people to do is action their house. If thats the major strategy of the real estate company i would suggest using a more classy act.
