Drive the Fort Pitt Tunnel at 7:00am on a Monday...you'll think differently! We have a beautiful city with the stupidest expressway system ever imagined! Gotta love PennDOT!

i have a cabin near erie, and whenever i see that huge bridge on I-279, i know im approaching downtown pittsburgh (i visit often)

imagine having a multi-vehicle collision in that tunnel during rush hour. I'd like to see the EMS vehicles get through that mess

No kidding, Im a Pgh Cab Driver and it sucks like you wouldnt believe when I drive people into the city from the port in the morning. There has been times were it would get backed up even around noon. PennDOT sucks, they create better roads in west pa better then here :o)

It looks a lot like Seattle to me. Very pretty place but the roads are lacking in lanes.

The video footage is actually played at several times faster than the speed he originally drove the freeways at, which is why it's always so fun to watch his videos!

Pittsurgh is the city I was raised in, every Xmas we'd go back to the Grandparents in Pitts. (Back then, Steelers were defeating Cowboys) Have loved this city ever since.

i visit pitsburgh often. being from detroit ( flat land, untill you reach the suburbs) the scenery of pittsburgh always takes my breath away. i especially love the downtown. if you could freewayjim, could you get some shots of pittsburgh from bigelow blvd, its has one of the best views of downtown!

Sir this is an absolute joy to watch. I'm from Pittsburgh but spend 8 months out of the year about 2 hours north in Erie, PA. This video makes me both incredibly proud of my city and totally homesick for it. Thank you so much for it.
