  • You say don't drag your leg? Every MLB pitcher does just that... Drags his back leg. They stride as far as they can then drag their back leg as they're arm is coming forward. Any REAL pitching coach will tell you that is the correct way to pitch! Don't listen to anything this guy has to say!
