  • Aikido isn't submission. You know? You may not know the true motal techenique of Aikido ? I'll give you a hint. Check a name "Hirosawa"

  • I think the nage is abit slow, isnt he?

    He waits for the uke to get back some of his balance, instead going to the whole technique without stopping half way.

  • This is good technique for a compliant uke. He is to far out of his own center to be powerful if the the uke decides to resist.
