@pelvist Jacob finds out that MIB killed the person that raised them, the woman they believed to be there mother. He throws MIB into the light, this kills him and unleashes the SMOKE monster. Jacob takes both his brother and the woman he thaught was his mothers corpses to a cave and places with them a black and white stone into a puch. These stones are from a game he and his brother played when they were kids. And the two skeletons in the cave on season 2 are them.

@Missgemini2010 Jacob and MIB are brothers, They were both born on the island and their mother was killed by a woman protecting the island who then raises both children as her own. MIB figures out his mother is lying and tries to find a way off the island. Their new mother stops him and kills all of his friends. MIB goes mad and kills the woman they believed to be their mother. Jacobs takes over and his job is to protect a light wich is the source of the islands power.

@pelvist o yeh i really never noticed that cuz she ran didn't she and bumped her head then only got her voice back after seening jin on the other island, have u watched all the episodes then? its crazy when that woman just blew up for no reason, how can they make them die do they die in the real world 2? u no the time travel thing?

@Missgemini2010 Youll see for yourself soon, BTW Sun will replace Jacob, it turns out that shes the only one who hasnt directly spoken to MIB she forgot how to speak English after bumping her head and the only words exchanged between her and fake Loche were writen on a pad. Everyone other candidate had already been currupted by MIB after having engaged in conversationwith him, she was the only one that didnt. Also they all die in episode 15 not 16 it was a typo. 16 is about why they died.

The best ending to this show, will be everyone (including MIB) standing around Jacob... as he tells them all why he brought them to the Island.
