  • @TRACKMAD1131 Good luck to you in your future. I think that you have the right guidance as far as training 4 times a week. I think that is the perfect amount of training to do in a week. Just maintain your dedication and you should get very far. That's pretty fast for a 13 year old. I was doing 11.9 when I was 13, but got down to 10.3 when I was 17. Just keep it up.

  • ... I'm so much gratefull about the feamale presence at the olimpics ... I can only comapre with them :D :D my personal best is 11.89!! But I am a triathlete after all so it isn't that bad, is it ?!

  • @TRACKMAD1131 wow only 13? if you stick to your training ul make it far. Am not trying to be big headed or owt but i grew up in an town were ur gna be only good at 100m sprint if you have a stolen dvd player in your hands lol so i think av done pretty good to say iv only bin interested in track nd field for not even a year and dont train :)
