I get it, when you do something and you do it often and that thing is giving you pleasure, it can become an addiction.
Everything can become an addiction there are people obsessed with: cleanliness, money, self-loathing, food etc.
But that's no excuse to keep doing them, I see when no one cares about you, and lets you do this to yourself, then youre out of options in a way.
If you want to eat yourself to death, that's fine, it's your life... but don't come saying that it's a fucking disease.

This guy should have been in a hospital YEARS ago, and whomever is feeding him should have gone to jail. PERIOD. You don't get to even half that size without a SEVERE psychiatric disorder.
