  • @lurohamey I am a social worker soprano and I get such chills and sadness about this song! I just see her poor little daughter trotting off in the end to repeat the entire cycle again with some other Frank. This song is almost harder to do emotionally than vocally. And vocally it's a b*tch!!! Foreshadowing, nostalgia, and pentatonic scales! What could be better? Or worse?

  • Really well sung. Beautiful job!

  • Not *about* being beautiful tho'. :-) This character is cheating on her husband with the milkman and in about eight hours later in this same day she's singing this song, her husband's going to kill her and her lover upstairs in the bedroom. At 2:46 she talking about wandering the streets in search of 'some wonderful lover!'. At 2:55, she reveals 'Frank was the one that I found...'. Folks, this is *not* good news. He's going to be the death of her, literally and figuratively. He's a lout.

  • this is so wonderful.

  • What an incredibly beautiful voice! I love its warmth, roundness and all-around loveliness.

  • beautiful job! love your voice!!
