Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan comments on allowing cameras in the court. Included in her comments, from C-SPAN coverage, "I do think it would be a good idea and in this I differ from some of my colleagues...This is an unbelievable Court to watch...everybody was so prepared, so smart, so obviously deeply concerned about getting to the right answer...if everybody could see this, it would make people feel so good about this branch of government and how it's operating...it's such a shame actually that only 200 people a day can get to see it and then a bunch of other people can read about it. Because reading about it is not the same experience as actually seeing..." See the complete interview here: http://www.c-spanvideo.org/program/Ju...

Ironic. She wants cameras in the Supreme Court, your name is 'iwillspyonyou', and you dislike her. Lol. A bit of humor for the day I guess.

Canada has had cameras in its Supreme Court for many years now. Every concern that Elena Kagan brought up has not happened.

All its resulted in is Supreme Court hearings being played on our Canadian version of C-SPAN after midnight as a way to fill air time when Parliamentary hearings aren't on....
