@maxamillianarturo Or maybe I respect men too much to feel I'm such a fluffy princess that they should have to support me. Women need to act like adults, not rely on others to pay for their lifestyle. If you are not at home raising children, you should be in school or in a job, not sitting around all day.
-
@thylacinegurl Your independent because you are probably too ugly to find a man who would want to support you.
-
Well, it is true only the white male could accomplish such a herculian feat as putting a man on the moon.
-
@truthandjustice101 I'm 25, straight, have a stable 50 hr/week job, my own apartment and car, have put myself thru college, and have a responsible but amazing sex life. I make all my own decisions, financial and otherwise, like the adult that I am.
-
@truthandjustice101 Lol, women are like wild horses? Doubtful, as we are just people like yourself. And what about women like myself, who have no man to "make big decisions" for me?
-
@TheTaoJoannes I am a feminist and noramlly get pretty pissed off at people who are against it because they are just ignorant of the subject. You present your case in an intellectual manner that I can respect. And your not using the movement as a scapegoat for anything! Thank you for not being an ignorant dickwad about your views :D

@NWKklown neurological studies have found women to be more center left brained, while men more right brained. the idea that women are more irrational and emotional is false. socially, they are more emotionally expressive, but they are not more emotionally motivated. but since u mentioned god....i assume what is shown to be true in the natural world through thoughtful study and analysis doesn't matter to you.

@wowyouuglyxx You are the whore, u stupid male cunt. You can kill urself. Noone needs a prick like u. There are handsome and smart guys out there and we love them. So stfu!
siiiigh. the old stereotypes again? seriously, you need to educate yourself about what feminism is like now and how feminists really are.

@TheTaoJoannes well, i must admit that i never actually have met people like that, so you may be right. and it's kinda sad, because they give us other feminist a bad name.
And also: okay, you have some feminist friends and you may not be against feminism... but with this video you are feeding the haters and that's just not right. On the other hand: you made a valid point. If men want to be feminists, then female feminists should stfu with all this man-hating stuff, too.

@iiCHiiMAN well, I'm not exactly FOR feminism, I find it sexist. I much prefer humanism, let a woman be a woman and a man be a man, and respect their dignity all around. But I'm realistic enough to understand you can't make people be better people, all you can do is lead by example. Identifying with a movement is just a form of self-validation and Orwellian Nationalism. It's degrading.

@TheTaoJoannes Well, let me explain that for you: Feminism is about equalization of both genders. Not in the sense of women should be like men, but more like "being on the same level" and sadly it's not like that, even if the feminist movements already changed a lot. So this movement is called "feminism", because we concentrate on the women. Because - as I wrote - women are still not treated equal and that is something we need to change. So basically, feminism means "humanism".

@iiCHiiMAN if feminism means humanism, then mankind means humankind.
