Cited by BusinessWeek, The Economist, Forbes, and The London Times as the top thought leader in strategy, Vijay is well known for espousing Reverse Innovation -- innovation likely to be adopted first in the developing world before spreading to industrialized nations.
About TEDx, x=independently organize event
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x=independently organized TED event.
The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.*

Are american corps ready? well, the trends are not so clear. Wall street will buy its way into India (they print, they will). $2000USD open heart surgery will be a thing of the past as local indian poor people are suckered into tremedous debt, who borrow an easy 80 lakh and try to perform the impossible. It will come. Welcome to the west. Dont waste your time, concerntrate on defence.

Respected sir,
This was an eyeopener , I would definately agree to your point that medical facilities vs Cost say for example an eye LASIK surgery cost around 6 -7000 dollars vs 60,000 rs back in India.
Th point of emphasis is nessecity is the mother of all innovation.. hopefully reverse inovation gets as much support in all other countries like Africa where the medical needs are atmost.
