I know it's old, but you could make it better by making he movement "snappier", it would make it more realistic. And by snappier I mean move faster and brake at edges of movement, like firing the canon would make it recoil back fast stop quickly at the back of the barrel and then recoil back into position quickly. Same with cannon movement.
