  • So the crystals can detach from the spore, or do they stay always connected to the spore. For instance if you are making the spores in liquid media, are you by centrifuging (and washing them) in PBS also wash some crystals of?

  • @TheKraksi Im assuming that they can detach from the spore when needed, but onlw when needed. An example would be when the unwanted bugs land on the plant, then they detach, and hurt the bug. Hpwever, they don't when they are not 'trigerred' to do so
