It is obvious this man is an actor and not an actual postal employee. I can tell because he speaks English and works. Real postal employees are too busy picking their VD scabs to get any work done.

You've got it wrong, it's the make up that makes the clown. That's what makes them scary.

They're faces don't show what they're really thinking. It's like a uncanny valley sort of thing.
