What makes Utorrent so slow

Alright after toil and trouble with utorrent ive finally abolished it and decided to download from megaupload. i get over 100 times faster. I dare someone to try and get a download speed as faster using u torrent.

right now it is at 3,6 kB/s

and the file is 7,65 gb.
