  • Fabulous demonstration! Can this be done with a normal presser foot? Or do I have to buy the special blind hem foot?

  • @hjmclark I think you need to get the blind hem foot. I don't think I would try it with a regular foot as the blind hem stitch zigs out pretty far and the guides help line it up properly.

  • @hjmclark - yes I would buy the blind hem foot.

  • Better than other 'professional' blind hem how-tos. Please do more tips n tricks, I'm subscribing!

  • @thpt Thanks. I actually created this a year ago for my friend who lives in another state. I couldn't explain it by phone..

What kind of tip would you like? I'm not an expert by any means........

  • Great instructions !! Very easy to understand. Thank you !

  • Informative and easy to follow. Thank you so much!

  • Can you use the machine next time to show how the presser foot works? I keep puckering my stitches because the "zag" reaches too far and I can't work out how to adjust it. thanks

  • Thanks so much. I've been wondering if there was an easier way than hand hemming. Now I know! And...your example clarified what others didn't get across well. :)

  • thank you very much !! This gift wrapping paper was a great idea , it really showed the difference in the folded areas.
