When I played VtM I watched this video just to be alerted about "surprises" and be ready to it. When I walked in a hotel I forgot where to go and went to the left corridor at the first floor. It was a dead end. "Oh well, it must be on a second floor then" I thought. But when I turned around for a very brief moment I saw A FUCKING MANIAC WITH AN AXE STANDING RIGHT AFTER ME. I almost had a heart attack. This level is batshit fucking scary
