Perhaps the character Olivia is playing is not as superficial and cruel as you. Dale Dickey is one of the best actresses I've ever worked with and one of the nicest people --

I'm sorry you feel that way. And I'm also sorry that you think a gay relationship is based purely on sex. I could sit here and educate you that it's just like any other relationship built on many different aspects but your narrow mind would probably just slander me, calling me every hate slur you can think of... so I'll leave you with a small piece of advice: Grow up and learn correct grammar and spelling. One more thing, why are you watching Sordid Lives if you don't like gays?

This is too cool for all of us GIRLS who fell in love with Livvy just as much as the boys did back in the day. I realised I was a lesbian at 10 when I litterally choked on my popcorn when she came out in that black outfit in Grease. TY Livvy 4 making my lesbian dream come true, if just while watching u act and sing this beautiful song to another woman...It proves what I have always known about u, that u are not a biggot and have a GREAT sense of humour...I STILL ADORE YOU AND ALWAYS WILL!!!

@wrtrguy After watching the series (and I'm ashamed to admit I just got the film last week) I am amazed to see the actors & actresses in their real skins!! Beth Grant looks nothing like Sissy!! And Dale Dickey is quite attractive in real life. Writing, make up, costumes & acting make the character (for me, anyway). And being an obsessed Grease fan (was 10 when it was out in 1978), I love that the director was gay & that Olivia ended up playing a bisexual all these years later!!

Actually it's very cool for me to see Olivia playing a lesbian because it proves that she likes acting and being different characters. And Olivia enjoyed playing Bitsy Mae because she was such a departure for her and I love her in that role! And she looks and sings as amazing as always GO OLIVIA!
