DOWN (slight pause), down up. (slight pause). up down up DOWN. <Think of the capitol letter 'DOWN's as the same down. That is where it loops. I hope that helps and isn't super confusing. I think it will help you get the rhythm.

no it's not. it was written by Harold Arlen and E.Y. Harburg.
But his version is just the best.
His last name is pronounced - Ka- Maka- Viva- o-lay. Good try though~ Great Uke playing.
