No, it's a raw bone. It's not one of those sterilized things you buy at a commercial pet store. It was a beef bone. You can see the fat still on the sides.
What's the point of the comment anyway? Why would I lie on Youtube about my dog eating his first raw treat?
BTW, he got a big lamb bone for Easter, with two, massive knobs of fat and meat on each end. He destroyed it. :)

thats just a bone. when people say raw bone they mean raw meaty bones not sterilized bones
