It's basically similar to a jailai. There is no railgun magnets at all. but it is more awkward than a classic gun & needs a power source outside of gunpowder. And the animation is a joke! College students could make a better video! That looks & sounds like it's from the 80's!

yeah, w/ the rail gun there IS an equal and opposite reaction, remember ,it uses magnets along the barrel or whatnot to propel the projectile, the RE-action is actaully exerted outwards onto the barrel since that's where the magnets are located and the projectiles are all resisting against those magnets located IN the barrel
which is why their is no kick really, and explains why the barrel degrades so fast, its simply to much stress for the barrels and whatnot that we have available

It's basically a rail gun which is known to produce so much heat that it destroys itself in a short time. They still have yet to perfect the rail gun design.
Also, no recoil? Whaahaha, sorry but to overcome inertia of any projectile it is going to recoil and firing that many rounds in such a short time is going to kick. Remember for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
