john was a magnanomous man and wouldn't mind mccartney capitalising on his tune GIVE PEACE A CHANCE, particularly since john cared about peace more than anything.
BUT, paul is cheeky. and opportunistic.

@m1leswilliams dude i agree israel are wrong about the settlements but apart from that i really side with israel, it really depends what news channel you watch i swear to u mate the left-wing news channel you watch repeatedly unrepresents the other side of the conflict ..

@Caladan1 What is to ask ? They are opressing and killing the Palestinians because Hammas are in charge. Great... they are ignoring maritime law, humanitarian law, and international laws and stealing land from its rightful owners. While there is a glimmer of hope they build more settlements fueling the fire. No need to ask questions.

Took Paul long enough to sing John's song, I guess he just didnt want to get involved into the politics of the Vietnam war back in the day.

i think that countries like israel and all those middle east contries where war is a common daily problem, paul tried to showed them the message that lennon tried to gave to everyone everywhere , so in my opinion john maybe is proud of paul singing these beautiful song in those places where its necesary t say
give peace a chance!

I guess you have'nt the spine to ask them what they think, maybe you are afraid the answers will demand a broader state of mind from you. no one asks to live in a conflict, its a reality.
