  • back when you had to be an actual musician to be in the music business... before auto-tune, lip-sync and digital effects rendered actual talent unnecessary. sigh .....

  • a few words for Carl. I grew up down the street. He was a mans man to every degree. stood for what was right and he'd seen and done the bad. pillar to a community let alone the foundation of rock and roll. he walked into music shop and sit down start pickin with whoever happened to be sitting in theshowroom tinkering. smile and say"go cat, pick one". He was never a dick to anyone. id run up to him as a kid so hed pat my head cuz he was mysterious, not knowing beatles and claptons studied him.

  • This was very cool.

  • KILLER PERM CARL!!!!!!

  • There were some really awful mass celebrity jams in the 80's ... and then there were cool ones. This is awesome.

  • The glory of Perkins blew back Roseanne Cash's hair

  • to say I liked that is an understatement of epic proportions. Almost any body who was into rock 'n roll music then, was a student of Carl, Les & Chuck. The birth of modern music. Put this to the top of my Favourites, man.. thanks. :))

  • @gr8ful4EPdedhed Couldnt agree more..I met him in 1990 at the Ventura Concert Theater in Ventura CA and talked with him after the show..a genuine, down to earth nice man!

  • Georges smiles is pure joy...I love seeing that man happy. I miss him as well Carl, waylon, john and even Mother Maybel could rock this if she were there.

  • Just great talent all having fun while always showing some underatted genius!

  • @josepalaciospolo La canción se llama Glad All Over.
