@nechta86 I love coaching bars beam and vault then floor I event moves in my head for them to be named after gymnast my dream is to coach a kid to the Olympics don't know if that will ever happen but at least in my heart I know I could produce champions and doing it without being harsh. Yeah of course I would train them hard a combination on Russia,china and Romania all together Id give them a day off of conditioning and 1 day a week all they would work would be beam only.. keep in touch..

@nechta86 Oh, thanks for clearing that up I don't speak Russia so I don't understand I know a few word's in Russia and Romania basically word's meaning stick your landing's. I know a lot about womens Gymnastics after 1992 I got interested in the sport became a gymnast at 11 and could not even do a cartwheel but by the time i was 16 I was doing a full twist. Were I lived we did not have a all around gym or a spring floor just carbon mats. But I have studied and coached all around

@Keith77155 Khorkina doesn't talk about Olympics or anything, they talk if gymnasts are superstitious and make some movements or saying some words before each routine (ex: tatiana navka is kissing icon and hide it in the pocket of sport suit before each performance and after it she touches it like saying thank you). Khorkina said that photographers can disturb her like black cats crossing the way. Vera Sesina says she doesn't do any of that charm stuff.

Yeah, I think she was talking about the gold being her's and also about the vault table in the last Olymp;ics being to low causing her not to be able to do her own vault..

i also love Zemfira she has a great voice! one of best voices i've ever heard in my life. But Sogdiana is a goddess- natural ,classy, talented, fresh, young, kind- i think she has everything to be super.
