Thomas Monson would NEVER get out of a car and kick the fender of another car no matter what happened at all under all circumstances. Some men really ARE that good, and Thomas Monson is one of these perfect men, like Job was, abounding in the grace of Jesus Christ. Just study his life and you will see that it is the truth.

So Thomas Monson is perfect? He never sins? You say he is so good - why does he need the grace of Jesus then?

It seems like you are trying to draw a line where on one side - you have good, and on the other side you have bad. Who on this earth is good? There is no good but one - God. The only one who can offer grace - because all fall short of the glory of God - and NO one can fit the standard God sets, except God Himself.

Thomas Monson fits the category of a pharisee very well.

Any man or woman are perfect through the atonement of Christ. Christ commanded mankind to be perfect in the New Test.

Matt 5:48

When one enters into an agreement with Jesus Christ allowing him to be an advocate with the father, ones sins are washed clean through his blood. Some call this, "The Atonement." and some call it, "The Passion"

If a man can not be perfected in Christ, they why create the conditions for man to repent?

All fall short of the Glory of God creating the need his sacrifice.
