Starmagic Larry and the aquatic comedy troupe

This is an entry for a weekly pixel art challenge over at Pixel Joint. The theme is "clowns" and it has to be drawn with the commodore 64 color palette. I did not follow the actual restrictions of the c64 display modes however (it was not required).

Also you will notice that at some point I crop the image out. Its because I had misread the contest rules and had made the image 320 X 240 instead of 320 X 200 like it was specified. I didn't lose really much of the image as most of the art was in the lower portion of the picture anyways.
