some sorta little computerchip thing they shove in ur head or something and it gives you kinetic powers like mind control or making things levitate. In Mass Effect everyones a noob nothing makes sense

they are ppl that have implants and element zero in them to give them powers like lifting ppl or pushing them down... if u have the game and u no wrex then he sometimes goes boitic stuff
